Quantim Consulting has been re-engaged by the WA Government to pilot the recently developed ICT Business Case Framework.

In addition to assessing a number of Agency business cases, we will be developing a Tutorial and holding Workshops for Agencies to introduce and refine the new Business Case documentation standards.

The Business Cases Framework will contribute to better Business Cases and, ultimately, to better outcomes for Government Agencies.
